No Refund Policy

 

All services purchased through Know It All Lab Screening are non-refundable. Once an appointment is scheduled and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to complete testing.

 

Appointment Rescheduling

 

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time at no additional charge.

To request a reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment ("no-shows") will forfeit their payment and must book and pay for a new appointment.

 

Provider Delays or Emergencies

 

In the rare event that Know It All Lab Screening must reschedule an appointment due to provider availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.
